Deliveries within Nairobi CBD are free of charge.
Deliveries beyond CBD but within Nairobi, Across Kenya, and within East Africa, Delivery charges apply based on your location and local logistics rates. We will confirm exact fees during order processing.
For international shipments, we follow international freight charges (DHL, FedEX)

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
